Fall into Winter {Part Two} – Caramel Pears with Fleur de Sel

As promised, part two of the “Fall into Winter” series (remember the Vegetable Galette?) has finally landed on my journal. Yes, it’s absolutely freezing outside and nowhere near fall anymore but this reality makes it all the better to harness a little warmth with this comforting treat!

So, I am going to move out there and live with you. Thought I’d give you a heads up. Loved it. And the film was beautiful.

Nope. Super easy……..caramels were purchased at the Emigration Market in Sugarhouse and melted with cream.
